On the day of the MSTATOR plant, a solemn ceremony was held for the first launch of a continuous furnace for annealing magnetic circuits in a transverse magnetic field.
The new continuous conveyor furnace is designed for precision annealing of magnetic circuits made of amorphous and nanocrystalline soft magnetic alloys in a transverse magnetic field and without a field under conditions of serial production. This is the fourth improved conveyor oven. Improved electromagnet and feed system. Technological containers have been optimized, heat losses have been reduced, and productivity has been increased. The equipment has no analogues in the Russian Federation.
The new modification will reduce the costs of mass production and improve the quality of the processed magnetic cores. Thus, the possibilities for mass production have increased and the contractual delivery times for customers have been shortened.
The festive program began with the opening speech of Sergey Pavlov (the General Director of PC "MSTATOR").

First of all, I would like to congratulate all of us on the birthday of MSTATOR. 56 years is not an anniversary, but it is still an event.
Recently, we have achieved certain significant results in production. Also, the order as a whole at the plant and its phased modernization cannot but please the eye. Probably, everyone noticed that we have become much better in the adjacent territory, we are gradually putting things in order in the workshops - we can't do without it! The culture of production and the scientific organization of labor are important in our difficult business. In general, we were able to raise the average payroll at the plant, which is a significant indicator. Although I would like more. Our common task with you is to work as efficiently as possible in order to receive as much as possible. Therefore, any new idea or aspiration can lead to a bright future.
Further, the welcoming speech was continued by Dmitry Pavlov - the Development Director .

Dear colleagues, all of you and us, on my own behalf and on behalf of the management, I have the honor to congratulate you on the 56th anniversary of the foundation of our enterprise MSTATOR.
Historically, the names were different, but the essence remains the same for us - we are engaged in electronic components. This is our credo. We are gradually making confident steps in development.
On this day, timed to coincide with the 56th anniversary, I would like to symbolically cut this red ribbon and open the updated equipment. And also to thank all employees of the enterprise who took an active part in the development. The task was, probably, in many respects difficult to accomplish due to the tight deadlines, but we did it all together and succeeded. There were roughnesses, there were certain difficulties, but they were resolved. Therefore, I am doubly pleased that the whole team is keeping up with the opinion of the management. We are trying, everyone is trying!
Today we are opening a new continuous oven, and tomorrow we have to load it with work. To all those who took part in the manufacture of this equipment, I express my deep gratitude on behalf of the management. For the benefit of the enterprise and its development. So that at the beginning of the new year we can say with confidence that all this is not in vain. So congratulations!
The words of pride for the successfully completed project were voiced by Eduard Fochenkov - the head of the mechanization and automation department.

In turn, I want to thank all the people who were initially involved in this development. First of all, I would like to note that for the most part this is the merit of the talented designer Vladimir Shcherbakov. Actually, this is his brainchild. It was his non-standard design solutions that made it possible to translate many ideas into reality and significantly reduce the cost of the designed equipment.
Thank you all, the 5th workshop did it, there are no complaints, thanks to the department of the chief mechanic, chief power engineer. This is a good collective work and our common success.
The honor to cut the red ribbon was given to the technical director Lyubov Alekseevna Danshina.
By tradition, the first splashes of open champagne fell on the new pass-through oven, and then all the joyful project participants raised their glasses.
New opportunities, new perspectives!
