Новейшие порошковые (Fe-Si-B) тороидальные магнитопроводы APHTM (Advanced Powder Core), выпускаемые фирмой AMOGREENTECH, изготовлены из измельчённой аморфной ленты на основе железа, имеют уникальное сочетание высокой индукции (Bm = 1.5 Тл), низких потерь (эквивалентных потерям лучших порошковых сердечников структуры Fe-Ni-Mo с индукцией Bm = 0.75 Тл), и низкой цены. Одновременно с малыми потерями магнитопроводы обеспечивают работу в большом поле подмагничивания постоянным током. По сочетанию свойств магнитопроводы превосходят изделия известных мировых лидеров.

The newest powder (Fe-Si-B) toroidal cores APHTM (Advanced Powder Core), manufactured by AMOGREENTECH, are made of crushed iron-based amorphous ribbon, have a unique combination of high induction (Bm = 1.5 T), low losses (equivalent to the losses of the best powder cores of the Fe-Ni-Mo structure with induction Bm = 0.75 T), and low cost. Simultaneously with low losses cores provide operation in a large DC bias field. In terms of the combination of properties, cores surpass the products of well-known world leaders.

  • 2) The value of the magnetomotive force, defined as the product of the DC bias current by the number of winding turns, at which the inductance factor AL is at least 50% of the initial value.
  • 3) Operating temperature range from -40 °C to + 125 °C. A short-term temperature rise up to + 150 °C is allowed for a total of no more than 1 hour in the interval of 48 hours.
