MSC-NG series
Toroidal cores of the MSC-NG series are made of thin ribbon (18 ± 2 microns):
• amorphous iron-based AMAG 202 (MSC-NGA);
• nanocrystalline iron-based AMAG 200C (MSC-NGN).
The unique combination of high saturation induction (1.4 and 1.16 T respectively) and low losses makes them indispensable for all energy storage applications.
High saturation induction, low losses and a high level of DC magnetization while maintaining high permeability distinguish MSC-NG series magnetic cores from products made from traditional materials used for output chokes, power factor corrector chokes, smoothing chokes, flyback transformers, etc.

- Values of the inductance factor AL. All AL values are measured at 100 kHz, lac × N = 20 mA and + 25 ° C.
- Maximum magnetomotive force (ampere-turns), at which the inductance coefficient is not less than 60% of the initial one.

Design
A twisted ribbon core, impregnated with a special compound, having a fixed non-magnetic gap with a textolite insert, is placed in a container made of a non-combustible plastic. The container, which has a rigid structure and rounded edges, provides reliable mechanical protection of the magnetic circuit from external influences while maintaining its properties, as well as the ability to apply winding with a wire of large diameter.
Fire safety of the core and its constituent elements is ensured by the use of non-flammable and non-flammable materials.
